This is one of our favorite places up here... the views of the mountains are incredible. Many waterfalls run the full height of the faces.

David set the crab traps as soon as we were anchored. Good thing, because the wind picked up to gusts over 20 knots in the afternoon until after 9pm. We had a great set on the anchor, so we comfortable.

David made his amazing pizza for dinner. He can get the grill hot enough to bake the crust.

Pepperoni.

Mushroom and red onion.

The next morning, wind was gone. David went out to get the crab traps, and he got a keeper!

Beautiful light up here!

Frederick Sound, with cruise ship in the distance.

About Us

The salt water has been part of our lives for over 40 years, and we have owned sailboats for most of those.  We love the PNW and all that it has to offer with the beautiful Salish Sea, access to the Pacific Ocean and the wildlife that inhabit these areas.  We have the opportunity to expand our usual areas of exploration this year, and will depart May 24, 2021 for SE Alaska.
